By accessing or using the RapidFix24 website, mobile application, or any services provided by RapidFix24 (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

RapidFix24 provides an online platform connecting users with licensed plumbing professionals for emergency and non-emergency plumbing services. Our Services include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, providing estimates, and facilitating communication between users and service providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.

4. Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment through RapidFix24, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your plumbing issue and location
  • Be available at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Grant the service provider reasonable access to the areas requiring service
  • Pay for services rendered according to the agreed-upon terms

5. Service Providers

All service providers on the RapidFix24 platform are independent contractors, not employees of RapidFix24. While we make efforts to verify credentials and insurance, RapidFix24 is not responsible for the quality of work performed by service providers. Any disputes regarding the quality of service should be addressed directly with the service provider.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms for services will be provided before you confirm your appointment. RapidFix24 may charge a booking fee for using our platform, which will be clearly disclosed. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service estimate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidFix24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RapidFix24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of our Services.

10. Modifications to Terms

RapidFix24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
